Visiting our website
Our homepage provides grooming information and links to our booking system. It does not contain customer registration, payment, or contact forms. We do not add analytics tools, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or browser-storage tracking to this homepage. Images are served with the website rather than through embedded social-media feeds.
Our website is hosted by HostGator. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and referring page to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from advertising tracking.
Bookings and messages
When you select a booking button, you leave jylax.com and continue to our booking and customer-management system on booking.moego.pet, operated by MoeGo. Depending on the information requested and supplied during booking, records may include your name, phone number, email, service address, pet details, appointment information, and messages.
We use information provided in connection with our services to respond to inquiries, arrange and provide grooming, communicate about appointments, and manage customer records. If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
MoeGo handles its platform under its own terms and Privacy Policy. JYLAX remains your contact for questions about the grooming customer records we use.
Service providers and external links
We use HostGator for hosting and MoeGo for booking and customer management. Information may be processed by providers as needed to support these services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
